EXECUTION: Beese managed everything from initial planning and vendor selection to the production design. For the 2022 gala, Beese's vision included a massive 150-foot panoramic LED wall that dominated the Hyatt ballroom. A central, rotating 50-foot stage was implemented to enable rapid set transitions between high-profile acts. Beese and his team 3D scanned the Napoleon House's interior, a renowned New Orleans restaurant, creating a custom digital set for the opening musical performance. He assembled a content creation team, producing lookbooks and mockups for participants, artists, and sponsors.

The reception area featured a 70’ red carpet photo op leading to the Hyatt's grand piano staircase, with an elaborate balloon installation. After registration, guests were directed to the ballroom foyer, where a large 360 bar with custom graphic illuminated facades, enhanced the overall event experience.
