The first installment of the H2O Music Festival featured two separate festivals, in Dallas and Los Angeles. Performers included Tiesto, Mana, Juanes, Snoop Dogg, Gym Class Heroes, Weezer, Paulina Rubio, and Damian Marley.

EXECUTION: Beese functioned as the Design Producer for the inaugural H2O Music Festival in Dallas and Los Angeles to developed all stage and production design elements for this event. From concept to execution of the stage designs, venue experience & space planning, event flow, activation integrations and creative direction during the event. Develop and produce sponsor sample and text to screen activation.

The vertical screens allow for a more significant presence during close-ups, it enforced the aesthetic concept of the “city of towers” throughout the festival grounds. These “Swiss Army Knife” tower structures were installed to accommodate branding for the festival promoter and sponsors, seating, charging stations, shading, misting, and lighting. The structures were scattered across the site to create a “cityscape” that established a visual relationship between the stage and sponsor activations. At night that relationship was enhanced with intelligent lighting synced to the performance on the main stage.
